1.2 Various yoga services and products can be booked, reserved or purchased via Yogalife. The studio services are provided by Yogalife itself. The object of the contract is the use of YogaKula's services (the ‘service’), specifically: yoga classes, workshops, training courses and other events. The utilisation of Yogalife's services is carried out by customers or users (the ‘User’ - used neutrally for both genders).

 

1.3 Yogalife is aware that the protection and careful handling of the user's personal data is very important. As Yogalife attaches great importance to data protection, Yogalife strictly adheres to the applicable legal provisions when using this data.

 

1.4 The user is required to visit Yogalife's General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regarding the subject matter of the contract, the user's obligations, limitations of liability and numerous other important information on the Yogalife website under the domain (www.barbarastark.com).

2. COLLECTION OF DATA

 

2.1 Yogalife collects and stores any information that the user provides on the Eversports platform (‘StudioBookingOnline’) and that is transmitted to Yogalife in the course of an online booking or that the user provides to Yogalife in any other way, for example on site. Yogalife uses the user's personal data to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the user's consent. Insofar as consent is given electronically as part of an online booking via StudioBookingOnline, StudioBookingOnline takes into account the statutory information obligations and logs this consent using suitable technical systems.

 

2.2 Yogalife uses the following personal data of the user:

 

Name (first name and surname) e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth. Partially: Account number (to process direct debits for membership contracts).
