Dear Yogis, the studio will take a short summer break from 20 August to 14 September.
I look forward to welcoming you back on the mat, rested and refreshed, from 15 September onwards.
Until then—keep breathing, moving, and taking good care of yourself.

Please note:

Morning classes may be cancelled if there are no bookings by 5:00 PM the day before.

Classes may also be cancelled if there are no bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled start.

The studio is open 20 minutes before and after the classes.

Studio Guidelines:

Please arrive on time: The studio opens 20 minutes before class and closes 20 minutes after class.

Please bring your own mat if possible. Studio mats and props are available, but limited.

Inform the teacher of any injuries or health conditions before class.

If this is your first visit, feel free to arrive a few minutes earlier to meet the teacher and settle in.​

Can't attend after all? Please cancel your reservation as early as possible, at least 2 hours before the class starts.
