Dear Yogis, the studio will take a short summer break from 20 August to 14 September.
I look forward to welcoming you back on the mat, rested and refreshed, from 15 September onwards.
Until then—keep breathing, moving, and taking good care of yourself.

Please note:

  • Morning classes may be cancelled if there are no bookings by 5:00 PM the day before.

  • Classes may also be cancelled if there are no bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled start.

  • The studio is open 20 minutes before and after the classes.

Studio Guidelines:

  • Please arrive on time: The studio opens 20 minutes before class and closes 20 minutes after class. 

  • Please bring your own mat if possible. Studio mats and props are available, but limited.

  • Inform the teacher of any injuries or health conditions before class.

  • If this is your first visit, feel free to arrive a few minutes earlier to meet the teacher and settle in.​

  • Can't attend after all? Please cancel your reservation as early as possible, at least 2 hours before the class starts.
