Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of Yoga that targets the body’s deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Unlike more dynamic practices like Vinyasa or Hatha, Yin Yoga involves holding passive postures for extended periods, usually between 3 to 5 minutes (or longer), often with the support of props. The focus is on stillness, surrender, and inner awareness.
