Alignment workshops focus on the functional principles behind each asana and how correct alignment supports strength, stability, and ease. By regularly attending alignment workshops, you develop a deeper body awareness and learn how to adapt poses intelligently to your individual needs. A refined alignment practice creates confidence, strength, and freedom in movement.

 

Improved posture and body awareness: Regular focus on alignment trains practitioners to recognize and correct habitual imbalances or misalignments in their everyday posture.

Injury prevention and joint protection: Learning correct form helps avoid strain or overuse injuries, especially in joints like knees, shoulders, and lower back.
