Join me for a focused and nourishing weekend Yoga Retreat from April 10.–12., dedicated to exploring one of the most important foundations of a sustainable Yoga practice: Alignment.

This Yoga Retreat is open to all levels and designed for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of Yoga beyond simply moving through the asanas (postures). Through guided practice, thoughtful exploration, and practical insights into anatomy, you will learn how alignment supports a practice that is both safe and transformative.

Throughout the Retreat we will explore key Yoga asanas in detail, looking at their anatomical structure and intention. By understanding why each asana matters and how to approach it correctly, you develop a more intelligent and conscious practice.

Small adjustments in alignment can completely change the experience of a posture. With greater awareness of the body, your practice becomes more stable, more efficient, and more meaningful — both on and off the mat.

What to Expect

The Retreat will include daily Yoga practices with a strong focus on alignment and mindful movement, offering space to slow down and explore the details of the practice.
​
Morning sessions will emphasize active asana practice, helping you build strength, stability, and a deeper understanding of how the body works in yoga.
To balance the dynamic practices, the weekend will also include a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga session and a restorative Sound Bath, allowing the body and nervous system to fully unwind and integrate the work of the day.

You will also be invited to a Yoga Philosophy session, offering insight into the roots of Yoga and how its teachings can support a more balanced and conscious way of living.

This Yoga Retreat is an opportunity to step away from daily routines, slow down, and reconnect with your practice in a thoughtful and supportive environment. Through alignment, anatomical understanding, and mindful practice, you will gain tools that help you move with greater awareness, confidence, and ease — and bring your Yoga practice to the next level.


Accomodation
All rooms are offered at the same rate, whether it’s a double with ensuite, a single with a shared bathroom, or a single with a private bathroom. Each space is comfortable, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared for your stay.
This is not a hotel, but a private countryside house reserved entirely for our Retreat, creating an intimate, homey atmosphere.
Rooms will be warmly and fairly assigned upon arrival, so please be open to sharing or enjoying a different setup—part of the charm of our retreat home!
All meals and drinks are included in the price, with delicious vegetarian and vegan meals to support your body and detox journey. If you feel you need a little extra between meals, snacks are always welcome.
