This 200hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is designed as a transformational yet accessible program for Yogis who are working full-time or balancing other professional commitments. The training combines in-person weekend-classes, transformational Retreats, teaching practice, and self-paced study.

This training is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing participants to create an individual learning journey that supports both deep transformation and a balanced professional life.

This training is not only designed for future teachers, but also for dedicated practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding of Yoga beyond the physical practice.

For many students, the journey becomes an opportunity for personal growth, self-study, discipline, and transformation — offering a more meaningful connection to the philosophy, practice, and lifestyle of Yoga.

No teaching ambition is required — only sincerity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

This ensures graduates leave the program feeling confident, grounded, and ready to teach.

Retreat Experience

The program also includes the opportunity to replace 40hrs of the 120hrs with Retreats:
